Steaks

  • Ribeye steaks – $30 – two approx. 18 oz steaks per package, cut to 1.25 inch thickness
  • New York Strip steaks – $20 – two approx. 12-14 oz steaks per package, cut to 1.25 inch thickness
  • Sirloin steaks – $11 – two approx. 10-11 oz steaks per package, cut to 1.25 inch thickness
  • Filet Mignon steaks – $12 – two approx. 5-6 oz steaks per package, cut to 1.5 inch thickness
  • Flat Iron Steaks – $5 – two approx 4-5 oz steaks per package
  • Skirt steak – $6 – one approx. 12-15 oz steak per package

Roasts

Stew Meat – $5 per package, approx. 1 pound per package, cut in cubes.

Beef Sticks – $5 per package (5 sticks, approx 1/2 pound package). Pepper and Pepper Jack Cheese/Pepper sticks available.

Dried Beef $5 per package, approx 1/2 pound package. Sliced. currently sold out

Brisket – $6 per pound (cuts range from 5.7 to 8.8 pounds each) – TEMPORARILY SOLD OUT


Orders will be delivered to Akron, Iowa, area or can be picked up at farm by appointment.

Beef is processed at USDA-inspected Hudson Locker in Hudson, South Dakota, and labeled for sale.
