  • New York Strip steaks – $15 – two approx. 6-8 oz steaks per package, cut to 1 inch thickness
  • T-Bone steaks – $25 – two steaks per package, cut to 1 inch thickness
  • Sirloin steaks – $10 – two approx. 6-7.5 oz steaks per package, cut to 1 inch thickness
  • Filet Mignon steaks – $12 – two approx. 3-3.5 oz steaks per package, cut to 1 inch thickness
  • Flat Iron Steaks – $5 – two approx 4-5 oz steaks per package
  • Skirt steak – $6 – one approx. 12-15 oz steak per package

Roasts

  • Arm Roast
    • $18 for 3 to 4 pound roast
    • $22 for 4.2 to 4.5 pound roast
  • Chuck Roast
    • $14 for 2.5 to 2.8 pound roast
    • $17 for 3 to 3.5 pound roast
  • Sirloin Tip Roast
    • $12 for 2 to 2.5 pound roast
    • $17 for 3.2 to 3.5 pound roast

Brisket – $6 per pound (cuts range from 5.7 to 8.8 pounds each)


Orders will be delivered to Akron, Iowa, area or can be picked up at farm by appointment.

Beef is processed at USDA-inspected Hudson Locker in Hudson, South Dakota, and labeled for sale.
